As a result, our diverse team is shaping the future of many young lives and even more in the future.

In November 2017, Mr. Rushdan retired from the Department of the Army after 40 years of service and relocated to Tampa, FL. Since then he has worked to improve the lives and learning experiences of young people through the LOYF foundation.
