Marsha Johnson-Butler brings over 20 years of experience in STEM education to the board of Land on Your Feet. As a passionate advocate for young people, she has dedicated her career to education. In her professional role as a Teacher of Mathematics at Trenton Central High School and Capital City High School Adult Program, Marsha has demonstrated leadership in the development and implementation of programs that educate students of all backgrounds and levels, which aligns with the values and goals of Land on Your Feet.

She has been instrumental in driving initiatives related to increasing awareness of deficiencies in urban education. Marsha is a passionate and dedicated youth mentor and coach with over 20 years of experience empowering young individuals to unlock their full potential. With a deep belief in the transformative power of mentorship, Marsha helps guide students and young professionals in their personal and academic journeys, providing both practical advice and emotional support.

Marsha is committed to using her expertise to support the mission of Land on Your Feet, providing strategic guidance, fostering partnerships, and contributing to the long-term success of the organization. Outside of her professional and board duties, Marsha enjoys jet-skiing, boating, hiking and relaxing on the beach. She has been a member of Alpha Kappa Sorority Incorporated since 1992.
